It's so important to know where our food comes from! How often do we buy a chicken from the grocery store, and never think about how it's raised or processed. Once a year we host a hands-on educational experience to learn how to process a chicken.
It's a life skill you can pass down to your kids!

Goat Cheese Making Class
First, we milk the goat together. Then, we learn how to make fresh goat cheese! We enjoyed a sample of various types of goat cheese made at Mountain Forge Farm.
